1. Trial Period

   All new customers are eligible for a £1 trial during the first month. This allows you to see your custom-designed website before committing to a full subscription. No additional fees will be charged during this period unless you choose to continue.

2. Subscription Billing

   After the £1 trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will begin automatically, and you will be billed monthly. Charges are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

   You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at danylokaje@gmail.com. Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

4. Refunds

   Due to the digital and time-invested nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any monthly subscription payments that have already been processed. We recommend using the trial period to ensure our service is the right fit for your business.

5. After Cancellation

   Once you cancel, your website will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, access to the website and related services will be suspended. You may request to transfer ownership of your website assets, which may be subject to an additional fee.
